1. Cloud Subscriptions

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

2. Desktop Edition (One-Time Purchase)

For the Desktop Edition (if purchased separately as a license key):

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the license key has not been activated.
  • Once a license key is activated, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a technical defect that we cannot resolve.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refunds).
  • Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the service for illegal activities).

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
