By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

3.3 AI-Generated Content

Rights to content generated by AI tools within the Service are subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Generally, you own the output you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
